Ordering
How Do I Book a Couture Dress?
Our couture design studio takes creating dresses seriously.
Book in your free initial zoom consultation with one of our
Designers through the Miras Design Studio.
What If My Sizing Is Wrong?
We try to keep our sizing the same throughout to ensure consistency. As our pieces are hand made sometimes there can be difference in one piece, so please reach out if sizing is wrong. We will happily exchange if you have proof of purchase. This needs to be done 8hrs of receiving items and does not include couture.
Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Policy
We offer Australia-wide Express Shipping at Flat Rate Prices. There may be some areas of Australia we cannot service which depends on our courier's availabilities, limitations and fees.
We ship our parcels with Australia Post. Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse (you will get an email with a tracking code), any questions relating to the delivery of your order (including delays, estimated arrival time, changing delivery address, or order tracking) should be directed to Australia Post.
We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays. We do our best do dispatch your order from our warehouse as soon as possible, however, once Australia Post accepts the parcel, it is up to them to deliver it to you. Please direct all delivery concerns relating to your parcel to Australia Post.
Refund Policy
We accept returns on items in their Original Condition only. If you would like a full refund on your purchase, you must return your items to us within 21 days (from when it was delivered to you). Usually, you will be refunded the full amount (including your return shipping fees) within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. It is your responsibility to re-package your item carefully to ensure it does not get damaged when being returned.
Original Condition means that the item must not be damaged, used or worn, and it must have all its original tags and labels still attached. If your item is missing any tags or labels, or is otherwise damaged, we will consider the item to have been used, and will not provide any refund as a result.
Please note: Customers may try their clothing on, of course. However, the clothing must remain in its Original Condition as defined above.
Do You Ship Overseas?
We do not currently offer international shipping for purchases made through our online store. For Custom Made (Couture) Dresses, we may be able to arrange international shipping - please discuss with your Design Specialist in your Consultation.
Can I Exchange My Dress?
We do not offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size, colour or design, please return your unwanted item in its Original Condition and place a new order.
